ALWID operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. It is the same standard our partner factories are held to: no factory joins a programme before it has been audited against it.
ISO 9001:2015 sets out how a quality management system is run — how processes are documented, how non-conforming parts are handled, and how corrective action is closed out. It applies to the way a part is specified, sourced, inspected and released, not to a single product line.
